    Auto car wash anyone?

Has anyone taken their in an auto car wash, touch free or gentle type?
I'm tempted but hesitant at the same time.

Used to take my other car there with no issues - but this time I feel differently.

Ive used the local Crappy Tire and Esso touchless washes....but Im too lazy to do it myself! I wouldnt feel comfy with a gentle one although I did consider the PetroCan 90 day pass...good deal for 2 car household! I got a WagJag voucher for a local detail shop but Im using it on our van, $40 for a 4 HOUR detail !!! Seriously good deal but wasted on a small car for that price....although Im telling the kids to mess that van up good before it gets cleaned!

Yeah, I have one of those PetroCanada 90 days passes, about 30 days left.
What about the "Abarth" decals on the side, the carwash shouldn't be an issue right?

Also found a pretty deep scratch on the inside wall when you open the glove box. Seems to have been made at the assembly plant when they installed the front dash which seeming looks like a one piece. Not visable then then glive box is closed - so I'll pretend it's not there and it will go away. There's not much re-course on this one.

Not me. Only use the spray wand. I use to hand wash. I like to cleaning the inside wheel wells, with spray.

My wife was a realtor for a few years and had vynal lettering on the rear windows, many MANY auto washes and not so much as a chip on the lettering so sure the stripes will be good. All depends I guess on if your cars a show car or a GO car! Mines a 40k a year commuter so sure thatll do more to it than any car wash!

(Sucks about the glove box but who's ever gonna know anyway!)

have black 500, i go to car wash weekly basis. and get hand wax every six month or so.
I have some rock chips on the hood and all but its ok.

as far as the emblems and strips on your abarth, they should hold up in the automated car wash.
if they fall apart, you make little trip to the the dealer, get them replaced under warranty or something. =)
