Anyone know how to Take off antenna? Not the top part, but the base.

    Anyone know how to Take off antenna? Not the top part, but the base.

    As the title states. I know the top part screws off but i need to take out the base so i can vinyl the roof. Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you pulled down the headliner to look?
    On the move, it doesn't bark, or try to turn itself into an oven glove

    I was going to say the same thing. Pull down the head liner. Vinyl roof on a 500! I thought those went out of style in the 70's, with opera windows. Just pulling your leg.

    Yeah you have to drop the headliner and then if I remember correctly there's a nut you have to remove. The cable is still attached, thou..........

    If you still want radio functionally, they sell flat antennas that you put between the headliner and roof.
    On the move, it doesn't bark, or try to turn itself into an oven glove
