Question Good Vibrations from a 500x?

I just purchased a 500x last week. It's Lounge Pkg 1. I love the way it looks.
It's very peppy, and cabin layout and looks are awesome. Seat are comfortable and I love the steering column, and the UConnect is easy to use (but SXM does hit more dead spots than I've experienced in any other car I've owned)

My biggest challenge gripe is noise and vibrations, especially when stopped at light, while in drive.
It's kinda like those beds in a cheap motel in the 80's where you'd stick a quarter in and it would vibrate for 10 mins.

I'm ready for this massage to be over with...
any suggestions? Premium gas? Some fuel additive?
Some secret adjustment the dealer could make? I've already asked the service department at local dealer they looked at it, and said it sounds normal, they way it's supposed to.
Is this something I just need to get used to? To me it seems very loud and shaky.
I also notice it's somewhat noisy and unrefined on the highway.
(I came out of a luxury german SUV, do I just need to change my expectations around refinement and noise?)

Any words of wisdom? Or is this just the way Fiats are built?

    Thanks!

Did you notice any of these "vibrations" on the test drive before you bought it?

    Not really
I test drove the model 3 times, and the one I bought once. Did not notice any time before.

Well, something here does not make sense.

    Welcome to the forum.

I've driven a 500X and nothing remotely like you describe was noted during my time with the car.

Who is your Dealer? I have a Coworker that bought a Xbox about 2 weeks ago we went for a ride and it had no vibration.

I've seen it happen occasionally, more often when cold. If you are in gear and waiting at a stoplight for example, the car can vibrate a bit. Switch to Neutral and it goes away.

Thanks everyone. Its not that it's violent or very loud. its just that it vibrates and i can hear and feel the engine when stopped at light.
i guess they just dont make them as quiet or refined as my last four cars (bmw x3, infiniti g35, toyota camry, honda accord)...it's fun to drive, quite fast, handles nicely and looks great.
    merry christmas!

Again, if you bought the car you test drove (3x), what changed? Why is it vibrating now in a way it did not vibrate before?
