My first guess would be to check the motor mounts.

But "a little vibration from the front" --- and "a sound from under the hood or dash" is very vague

What kind of vibration, engine etc. Really need more information. It’s probably normal.

Not sure what an oil change from last year, has anything to do with your issue.

The oil change has nothing to do with the issue, I could have left that out. The vibration is coming from the front of the car. It's nothing in the dash that is vibrating. It seems like the car, itself, is vibrating. I would say that it's coming from the engine. It didn't do that before. This is something that just started. Makes me wonder if 13 pop might be onto something. Now that I've thought about it, I would say the vibration is coming from the engine.

With the car running have somebody rev the engine while you watch the engine itself...if it moves appreciably then you have bad motor mounts. You can prob find a vid on YouTube to reference what it should look like normally
