My wife's 2012 Gucci C is overdue for a timing belt change. She has very low mileage, stored in a heated garage every winter. But the time limit is comming close.

Anyone know how hard a job this is or could recommend a good shop that does great work at a reasonable cost. The dealer has disappointed me too many times and the one I deal with for my Wrangler does not service Fiat. Needless to say my first preference is to DIY but aftermarket garage recommandations are welcome.
I live in Blainville (North of Laval) but will travel for good service.

I would check with the folks at Club Fiat Montreal. Club Fiat Montreal I had mine done at a specialist Italian car shop here in Baltimore that has since closed as the owner retired. There are some special tools as I understand it, that are used to keep the engine in time while the belt is off. My regular mechanic refused to do it because there is so little space in the engine bay and it is, as he said a bit of a faff.
