You can still get the factory Phone holders for that socket:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fiat-500-P...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

I have one and it works like a champ. It also rotates for Portrait/Landscape mode, and has a little lock knob so the phone won't slide. It's pretty nice. The grippers are also angled so they don't bump buttons on the side of the phone.

I bought this. Couldn't be happier.
The build quality of this mount is so much better than the TomTom mount we get in NA.
It fits very large phones. I use it with a note 9.

Yes, I'm using it with a Samsung S10+. It's a really solid Mount. Glad it's working for you!

That’s tempting, though I would like to be able to charge my phone from the mount so that the wires are neater. I might have to tear apart the original tom tom mount for that.

Hello All,

I am a 3D artist by trade and came up with a hack that uses a 3D printed part (my creation) that plugs into the existing TomTom mount hole. From that part, I connected a cheap ($20ish) off the shelf iPhone mount to complete the setup. Anyone that is interested can do the same. "Part A", the part I created, can be purchased at the online 3D the printing service " shapeways.com " (see links below) for around $50. I have been using it since buying my 2015 Fiat 500e this January. It sits lower than the TomTom so I find it a lot less obtrusive as well.

I have attached an image here, but I also have info on my blog:

You can buy "Part A" - the part I created here:

You also need "Part B" - iOttie Easy One Touch Car Mount - Model No: HLCRIO102:
http://www.amazon.com/iOttie-Windsh...7FHX9OK/ref=cm_sw_em_r_dpcop_v-3Vvb1YNGDGX_tt
*** Check iOttie specs to make sure it fits your phone.

Hope this helps anyone who is interested.

Hi, I recently bought a used 500e. Chad are you still selling these? Would love to acquire one. I hate those stupid suction cups. Would love to utilize this unused hole in my dash!

Welcome to the board. Necroposting to a six year old thread last referenced two years ago is problematic because it's rarely clear if the original participants are anywhere around. Chad's last posting to this board was back in 2015. He did post an update on his wordpress site last year indicating that the mount is no longer available: Contact.

Here's mine, made from a chunk of 5/8" automotive heater hose I had laying around*, & a belt clip that came with my ZiziWireless.com "Bolt" phone case. Click to enlarge:

*any flexible hose would work, if its outer diameter is a bit more than the narrow width of the hole.

Thanks. It was inspired by another forum member who posted pics of a much fancier TomTom insert (carved from wood, I think) to clip on his own existing much fancier car phone holder. I just simplified each part a bit.
