A few months ago I got into my car and noticed the driver side door basically just swings freely. It doesn't "lock" into either of the two typical open positions.

Anyone experienced this before? Know how difficult it is to get in there and replace whatever's broken?

Here are the only opponents 2 Swinging hinges, and the middle part. That regulates the opening position of the door. That might be the broken part. Number 11. Called a door check.

My 2015 Fiat Sport door doesn't want to stay open either
