The Electronic Throttle Control warning light on my recently purchased 2017 500 Abarth (automatic) with 64,475 miles has come on intermittently without any changes to drivability. Nevertheless I took the car to the Fiat dealer and the dealer found no codes in the car's computer. Today however the warning message on the in-dash screen came on and steady on for about a minute, during which time the car would not rev beyond 2k rpm even if you floor it. The problem went away but it ocassionally comes back and now I sometimes have the lightning bolt light on the dash displayed (though that doesn't last long either). Anyone have any ideas what this could be if the dealer said there were no error codes coming up in the car's computer?
