Fiat 500c convertible gets my vote, must have the option of having your roof up or down. If you haven't owned a convertible, you may not understand how amazing it is to drive wit the top down.

It's a tough one. The real issue is, that as impractical as the 500 may seem it's at least still a hatchback and as such can haul some cargo (i.e. TV / Lawnmower, whatever). Anything in a square box though will be nearly impossible to get into a 500c since it's more of a seperate (tinmy) trunk and the rear seats. If I keep my old Audi around, I could see getting the convertible though.

The regular 500 for driving. They probably have to add weight to the body to compensate for the missing roof structure. This is usually an afterthought and detracts from the handling.

If it's a roadster engineered from the ground up, that's different. But most of these convertibles come from the minds of marketers, not automotive engineers.
