For that price, they should come with sensors. I paid my Sport rims (prima editions) and tires $750 shipped from California, no sensors, 800 miles on them.

Depends on location and the person performing the work but around here each wheel is nearly $100 so for a full set I'd have to guess $400 give or take maybe $100 for the variation for location/painter.
