When you change the radio or Blue&Me module, the car thinks it's been tampered with and the mileage on the cluster will start flashing.
You need to tell the car everything is OK by performing a so called Proxy Alignment.
That can be done with software like MultiEcuScan and special cable to connect a laptop to the car's OBD port.

It's pretty common and there are dozens of posts about this on the forum so Reclee probably assumed that frequent visitors would understand what he meant.
