Pretty sure the white tab should slide out to enable you to squeeze the orange connector to unplug it. If it does not move, try some contact cleaner spray, it could be just stuck due to dirt, etc. All of these connectors operate approximately the same way: you either squeeze the lock, or slide the tab, or slide and squeeze
