Nice choice, I have a chiaro lounge on order. Been waiting a LONG time, and gotta wait a bit longer still, looks like they produced mostly automatics for the first batch. And since Canada is the only place where you can get the Lounge with the Manual transmission, I guess they aren't making too many of them. Mine's finally getting built next week.

Yes. I average about 15-16mpg. It's fun, but pointless. Besides, I have a Kawasaki ZX-11 if I want to go fast. Which thankfully, isn't very often the older I get.

Good choice - the interior experience looking forward is quite similar to the Beetle. But nowadays- you won't get as much metal. Sigh...
