Stay away from 2012 and 2013 models they were still working out the kinks in the early years.

There are no such thing as a 2012-13 500L. They were introduced 2014. My 2012 Fiat
500 Sport has been flawless, for 14 years now.

Stay away from the first year 2014 500L. Ours was a lemon!

Good info to have i just know my 12 abarth was a nightmare of manufacture issues faulty turbo wastegate, random airbag failures, frying coil packs, harmonic balancer bolts coming loose and destroying crank sensors. I didnt realize the 12-13 had no L option. I appreciate the info. I noted the 12-13 500 as he said he was reaserching other models as well.
