right when Injen released their cold air last fall, we had to have it so after quite a while with it on the car, it is a must!

that factory intake box is horrid, ugly and makes the car sound so wheezy.

to do this project, you really don't need much for tools.

you need:
8MM socket wrench
~3" socket extension
standard screw driver
floor jack
17mm lug capable wrench
10mm wrench or ratchet to re-locate horn.

super easy project and well worth the money.

shaved .5 seconds off the 0-60 time and observed a 4hp gain.

20K on i now, sound is the biggest thing - extra punch is still definitely there, filter doesnt appear dirty. all still a-ok.

I even leave it and my timing controller on when its in for dealer maint -- no problem.

I think the dealer is used to seeing highly modified Fiat's and will definately be able to determine when an owner installed modification has damaged the vehicle. I plan to install an exhaust and an intake as well as a GFB diverter valve. If they cry "foul", I'll take it elsewhere for service.
