got egged. It left scratches in the paint

My coworkers are convinced someone has it out for me: 1st my Saturn burns up, then a dent appears in the door (it wasn't ''expanding foam" in the door), and then it gets egged.

Except, I don't have any issues with any of my neighbors, and as far as I know, none of them have any issues with me

I feel for you. My wife and I had just bought her dream car back in 1994, a new VW cabriolet and some knucklef*cks egged it while we were driving through town. stretched the paint on the fender.

Don't despair...paint work will make it good as new. Body work...not so much :)

The only person I ever dated in the state, I'm married to ;)
Unfortunately, my deductible is $500, no matter the cause. Sooo, off to the auto body shop tomorrow for an estimate.
Bummer.

My wife recently had someone ram a shopping cart into her door. Small dent and some paint damage...almost $600.

What ticked me off is State Farm insisted it be filed as a collision so her deductible was $250 instead of $100.

Like a good neighbor alright.
