I looked thru 5 or 6 pages and did not find any answers here...sorry if the answer is here somewhere.
2012 Fiat Lounge with approximately 60k miles. Has always pulled a little left at speed. New tires and slight re-alignment and it pulls more.
Firestone looked again, switched front tires left/right, check alignment numbers (A-OK) and same result.
Firestone claims rear end is out of alignment and it cannot be adjusted. Also recommended take to dealer to have front end fully aligned. (Claims they need to add some "kit" to make everything likely better, $500 all in)

Opinions on all of this?

1) do you have the alignment data sheet from the tire place? That would tell you what's off.
2) the rear end of our car is non-adjustable, technically. If you search through the forum, you'll find a few threads in regards to bent rear sub frame from the factory or during the transport on the earlier model, I don't remember what the resolution was.
3) though it's not adjustable, there are shims available to fine tune the rear alignment: https://www.amazon.com/Specialty-Products-71783-CAMBER-0-75°/dp/B01BYNNL0W
4) the front camber kit is this. Again, it lets you dial in the alignment: https://shop.500madness.com/fiat-500-camber-kit-10mm-pid1277
5) I have noticed that some shops are really bad at doing alignment - either their rigs are not calibrated properly, or more likely an operator error, so you may actually want to take it to an alignment specialist.
6) welcome to the forum.

Thanks...am I shooting myself in foot by going to dealer you think?
For alignment work? Probably.

I'd go into the dealer, explain your problem, and ask the service greeter who's the best alignment shop in town. Then go to the parts counter and ask. I'll bet they have an outside source they use for troublesome alignments... then tack on a few bucks. If those 2 say their shop, walk away.
