On a car that I'm considering as a second choice for purchase, I saw something I don't think I've seen before on OBD readouts: some 2,403 "SOC adjustments." Anybody know what that might mean and what to do with the info?

I can't find that on my AlfaOBD readout. The closest things I can find are "Life Number of SOH-C adjustments: 145", and "State Of Charge Adjustment in progress: Target SOC (Goal): 0.00 %" & then 3 lines down "Life Number EV Adjustments: 0".

It's extremely unlikely that the number you quoted is for any adjustment requiring 0% SOC, so I wouldn't worry about it. If I was checking out another used one for purchase I'd charge it until it auto-stops, then look for extra-high cell imbalances while stopped AND while driving. I'd also note the % before driving, then drive as far as practical without shutting off, & then take the trip summary miles, divided by mi/kWh, & divide THAT by the % drop, & compare that number to the original capacity, which I think is 22kWh.
