Odometer Flashing and phone no longer pairs

My odometer is flashing and my phone no longer pairs.

I've tried battery disconnect.
Removed User Data from Voice interface.
Nothing worked.

I have done a lot of research and I believe it's the module that controls the bluetooth.
I've heard it called the CAN module or telematics module.
I have read that a CAN proxy reset might correct the issue. If that fails then its most likely the module.
I am guessing you need a good odbc reader to the proxy reset job. Don't know?
Also, if you replace the module you may also have to do a proxy reset.

Anyone here no where the module is located. I saw a video where it was behind the passenger seat in the back wall panel. However, that was a euro version car. Would like to know left or right?

Any comments or suggestions would be helpful.

The only cure I'd seen for flashing odometer was proxy alignment, until I saw this recently:

UPDATE: Hack in post #2 above has failed in 2 out of 3 cases:
  1. @deftoner reported that it worked.
  2. It didn't work for the next owner reporting. I think it was @Brettucks
  3. It didn't work for me. I disconnected the left light, turned the car on, pressed the brake, got the bulb warning, reconnected, warning gone, odometer still flashing. I repeated on the right, also with no luck.
Hello Fiat500eMan14 - Did this fix work for you?
My Fiat 500e with about 42K miles has a flashing odometer and no radio. Everything else seems to be okay - charging, lights, etc. Any update on your 500e problem is appreciated. Thanks

I have the same issue no phone and flashing odo. Dealer says telemetrics module is bad and a replacement is around $1000. At that price I will live with it as the car already has 95K miles on it and the range has deteriorated severly.
Range based on the car's % gauge?...:

I have subsequently learned that when the odometer is flashing it can make the % gauge jump up while charging, & subsequently plummet when driving, making the car die on the road. Please see item 6 here:

You blue tooth module might be defected. It resides behind the glove box.. If you own a European 500.
it’s behind the left hand side rear side panel.

Check out Love 500, on YouTube. He’s replace a couple of them.

Good Luck.
