Mopar claims they no longer offer the oil viscosity sensor. WTF? Anyone have a source? I have a 2012 500 Sport and the sensor is broken. It's not like it's just a drainplug with wires. An eight year old car and Mopar doesn't sell parts? Nice to see that FCA is continuing the pathetic service availability for Fiats.

I have a 2013 and there is no viscosity sensor. None of the later cars have them. Sorry to hear though.

Many of us have completely disabled that sensor due to it causing other problems when it either dies or shorts out the circuit. Apparently, it wasn't even necessary on the 2012 before they eliminated it on the 2013. You can read more about it in this thread: Interior light fuse blowing
