Well here is a bit of back story, I screwed myself by not noticing the issue with the chrome capped wheel bolts until one stripped while attempting to rotate my tires. My last resort was to drill it and attempt to use a LH thread tap & bolt to turn it out. That failed so drilled off enough of the shoulder I was able to get the wheel off without damaging it.

I’m just going to order new wheel hubs for the car and start fresh, as it could probably use the bearings done as well anyway. The issue I have run into is being unsure if the front hub/bearings are universal to the Fiat 500 or if it is specific to the Abarth. The local dealer is out of the question since they are beyond useless.
If anyone has any advice or recommendations, I would greatly appreciate that.

If you got the wheel off, getting the lug bolt remnant should be easy. Just unbolt the brake caliper and remove the brake rotor. There should be enough of the lug bolt sticking out to use a vice grip to unscrew.
