Autel scanners (sub $500) and I believe TopDon also can now reset service indications, but you need to pay once for the ability to auto auth. Ridiculous since we own the vehicles.

I absolutely agree, I had to take my 500E to Fiat for a 1st service after only 6 months, I thought it would be free but they charged a phenomenal amount for doing nothing. Let’s say that in euros it was around the 300€ mark. I’ve never been happy with the dealer and have absolutely no intention of returning nor being charged this kind of figure to remove the spanner.
Now I will get off my soapbox 😂

Wow that's even worse than in the UK!

Tell me about it ! When I picked up the car it was covered in dust and the guy who passed it to me had no idea how to use an electric car. I love France, honest I do but there are times when i get the French Shrug. It’s a ‘lets be as difficult as possible’ issue 😠
