Hi all
Major probs with car recently with car not starting, battery fine, garage said the starter motor was loose as two bolts were missing, however I’m struggling to find these myself to replace them or know what’s needed, each garage has said they don’t stock and would need to go to my local fiat dealer/service centre who never answer the phone!
What specific bolts do I need and where can a buy them? Any Uk links would be appreciated! So many on eBay I don’t know what’s right!

need to sort urgently as I’m a midwife and already missed lots of work as I can’t get there! Thanks so much x

Welcome to the forum. Not knowing what engine in you car is a problem.
Still your best bet, is getting those bolts at the fiat parts department.
You’re going to have go there to buy them. Off the vin number of your car.

You might even try local auto parts store, they carry replacement starters and bolts.

Thanks so much for the reply, managed to get some from a fiat parts and service centre in london, they’re not easy to get off the shelf here. Will try and fit them myself and get mobile again. Thanks for the diagram, so helpful 🙏🏼

What does "59 plate" mean?

in the UK on the registration (licence) plate it equates to the year of the car, so 59 reg plate means 2009. Vechiles here will have one or the other at the start of the plate number ☺
