There are several random post and opinions but I wanted to make a post putting together what works.
The 500e has a very "sensitive" can bus system that will hate you if you change the filament bulb. So after several testing I will put the leds that works, the Amazon link and the picture and brand (in case the amazon link dies).

Front:
Main lights:

Type: 9012
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082KRN5DY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Notes: The selling says that wont fit 500, but it will, dont worry. Almost any led light will work. Just be sure that is not to big so wont hit the dust cap. This model has external led driver (a little box in the cable) that you need to glue somewhere or just leave it hanging inside the housing.

Front Running Lights:
Type: 7440/7443
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W7HVS57/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Notes: Be sure to get the "White color" (this can be fund in red and amber too... ) Couldn't find any that wont trigger the error. BUT, if you disable the running lights (from menu) so they are not always on. When you turn on your lights they will turn on too and NO error (no matter what led bulb you put) looks like the can bus only work when is on all time running lights mode.

Front Turn Signal:
Type: T20 7440 7443
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09184277K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
Notes: Get the AMBER version. These were the ONLY ones that didnt trigger the can bus error and blinked at the correct speed. So they are the correct load. Be careful, front an rear blinkers are not the same type.

Anti Fog:
Type: H11
Link: TBA
Note: Still testing some models

Side markers:
Front blinker-side markers:

Type: Specific shape, internal T10 Bulb
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F7JKP6C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Note: there are several models. There is NO can bus error here, you can just replace the T10 with a LED one. Or replace the whole housing, like the one linked

Side markers:
Front blinker-side markers:

Type: Specific shape, internal T10 Bulb
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F7JKP6C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Note: there are several
Front and Rear Side running lights.:

Type: Specific shape, internal T10 Bulb
Link: For 11-19 Fiat 500 500e Smoke Front + Rear LED Side Marker Lights Driving Lamps | eBay
Note: Again there are several after market models, I preffer the ones that are ALL led, not just at the top like the stock ones

Rear:
Rear Blinkers:

Type: 7507 PY21W
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RMX2XK6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
Note: This is where the car gets very European :). These were the only led bulbs that worked for me, no error, correct blinking speed.

Rear Normal/Brake:
Type: 1157 BAY15D P21/5W
Link:
Note:
I tried everything, but eventually they will trigger the can bus error. Looks like the car is VERY sensitive. I got a model that will work in running light mode, but will hit the can bus error when pressing the brake for couple of seconds. And then the car will shut down the whole light until the next power cycle :( So for now, those are the only keeping in "filament"

Rear Reverse Light:
Type: 912 T15
Link: Note: The 500e is literally the only car that I owned/worked on that has can bus on the reverse light. Not even the BMW, Mercedes, Jeep, etc. Is plug an play, in my case I had to remove the tag, since it had a frame that wont leave space to take the light out.

Tag Light:
Type: 1157 BAY15D P21/5W
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082WZV7VT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Note: My 500e (2015) came with non-so-bright but LED tag light. I replaced with this model that are way more brighter, helps the car to be seen :D

Interior:
Map, Over the head light:

Type: "Festoon"
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081RDMPZK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Note: My I bought this kit, you can easily use the double side stick and fix them inside the housing and use the Festoon adapter, Will bright great and now you can actually see stuff inside the 500 during the night. They come in 4 pieces So you can use 2 for the map light and I reused 2 for the trunk light

Trunk:
Type: T10
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081RDMPZK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Note: MI reused the kit that that used for the map light, sticking 2 of them outside the stock housing and using the t10 adapter, connecting both to the same terminal. Any t10 will work, not too big, there is no much space inside the light housing.

Hope I can edit this post latter to add more info. And hope this helps somebody. I spend a lot of time testing hahaha

Got mine 500e less than week ago (my first post here actually), bought some LED bulbs to try even before finding this forum )) Just installed these headlights https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09WQYFZD3?th=1 and I'd say these are pretty good for $17/pair paid )) - 18000Lm, no fit or flickering issues. Definitely brighter than stock ones, and do look cooler (pun intended), not sure if it's 500% as they claim but I'm quite happy with these.

Also bought these Sylvanias https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BDWIOT2/?th=1 to try for DRL, will get them tomorrow and see

All three 500Es I've driven (2013, 2014, & 2016) had the headlights aligned way too low, so you might want to check out this thread:

That applies to the low beam setting with OEM bulbs, replacement halogen bulbs, & LEDs. I've used all 3 types, & the alignment was the same throughout.
Sorry @McDark , I ALWAYS forget to say "Welcome to the group!"

You might want to check the post-purchase prep list here:

Thank you. Mine are so low that I have to run with my brights on. I've tried adjusting them but they're raised to their max and fall off track if I adjust higher.
What bulbs do you have? If they're LED they may just be incompatible or installed slightly incorrectly.

& you know that the adjustment screw is "backwards" right? (COUNTERclockwise to raise them)
