Hello,
Just had to have a tyre replaced due to puncture, ever since my tyre pressure warning goes off. Could this be due to fact it is not the same make of tyre?

Different make of tyre would not be fault. It is correct size?

For some reason Tire Pressure Sensors installed on the wheel often are not recognized until you have made a couple trips.

Maybe the tyre installer messed up the TPMS sensor? It wouldn’t hurt to ask. 😏

The dashboard warning might need to be cleared or reset. Possibly navigating in the dashboard menu to the TPMS error might do the trick. Try saying “I see you, now go away” 😂🤣

If not, you would need to use an OBD plug and some diagnostic software like AlphaOBD or Multiecuscan. Both free downloads, But OBD plug has range of cost.

Sensor batteries go dead around 5-7 years.
