Hey everyone. I purchased my used 2016 500e about 5 months ago and about a month ago the Uconnect stopped working. Every few minutes it turns itself both off and on, on its own. The buttons and touchscreen don’t operate and it is stuck on one radio station (at least it’s a good one). The screen is ultra bright when it’s on but only stays on the startup black screen with text. I turn it off all the time but then it turns itself back on!

I read that there is a class action lawsuit against Chrysler for the problem with the Uconnect system in 2017-2019 Pacifica, but I’m not sure how to access that as a fiat owner

Anyone else have this problem?

Mine went into an endless reboot loop 2 1/2 years ago. I downloaded the firmware from uConnect and did the flash procedure, and it cured the problem. Not saying it will work for you, but it is worth a try.
