Hey all just need help locating this bumper cover and wondering if it's for a 500 I love the style of it and think it would go great with fender flares

Fiat 500 Abarth, post -facelift, Euro model. There's a company in UK that can ship it to the US. My buddy has it, though he hasn't installed it yet.
