Madness has a few different ones. I think technically all of them would prevent lift. Technically. Time trial, so assuming that you don't have a lot of regulatory constrains, you can build a big, long, broad splitter that can bolt on to the mountings for the under guard. Back when, we used to make spoiler with garage door weather seal. That was surprisingly effective.

I can likely get one off a 500e for you. It's not cool and parallel to the ground like the sport ones, but does help with aero.
