You make the mileage change with the software. What software did you purchase on ebay?
The recommended software to make this cluster swap is only available from their website & not from a reseller.

Be sure to purchase a cluster that has lower miles than what you car has.
Also (very important) You also need to have a cluster that is close (in model years) to yours:
For example, a 2018 cluster will not play well with the BCM of 2013 car (most of the features will not work; TPMS, Blue & Me, Boost gauge or Daylight function to name a few).
