Ive had my fiat 500E now since January and since day one Ive had little niggles like the DAB radio always cuts out and reports 'station not found' or 'station not available' when on all devices the station is fine so its only an issue inside the car not sure how to fix this...
Another issue is how super sensitive the ABS is - now it doesnt ever get to the braking part but my car loves to set off all the bells and whistles even when nothing is close around - last time I was just going round a round about normal speed as I was leaving my ABS alarm just went off nothing in front of me at all - I do think I have an over dramatic drama queen of a rose gold fiat! not worried enough to take the dealership however will go back if the brakes actually start coming on too
also I keep getting the notification on the dash about Key not in car when it blatently is yet I am still able to drive as normal just have the annoying notification on the dash till I restart the car....
The back window washer also dribbles long after use leaving long streaks down the back window -
These are all silly little niggles that I probably should take into the dealership but my dealership is quite far from home and they always want it in the garage all day and there is nothing in the area for me to do all day - they dont have an automatic car to lend me whilst the car is in so its a pain to have to take in especially when I have to do school runs and last time I had it in I ended up leaving before anything was finished (installation of rear view dash cam ended up doing it myself)

Do any of you have any of these niggles, get them sorted or have any solutions for me - Im a first time driver so if these are super new easy fixes thats my excuse! TIA

You can change sensitivity of AEB (not ABS) in settings to ‘min distance’ before alarm activation; that should help you.
Another owner got their key replaced under warranty to resolve the persistent ‘key not in car’ warning.
The dribbles might relate to a faulty valve at the nozzle end of the run from the washer bottle.
Apart from the AEB settings, the other two issues require a visit to the dealer.

Thanks, I have adjusted and messed around with the settings only option left is to turn off the warning but I’d rather not have it off completely. Figured it would be a trip to the dealer…. Really hoping these niggles dont annoy me enough to take in it before the year service it’s miles out my way and zero in the area to do whilst they have my car alllllllllll day …. Thanks for the advice will defo see about the key change

I get the AEB false alarms at the same junction, if the parked cars have a wheel on the road 4/5 chance, parked all up on the kerb 1/5 chance.

Once a cyclist with headphones swept out of different junction and the AEB saved the day so wouldnt be in hurry to have it switched off soon.

have you tried just a battery change in the keyfob? and is it the regular push button to open, or keyless walk up to vehicle?
