Tire pressure: What pressure do you run?

Most people just take their tire pressure for granted. They don't realize it plays a big role on how their car handles as well as their gas mileage. Lowering your tire pressure increase grip but also decreases gas mileage. While increasing your tire pressure reduces grip but improves gas mileage. Just wondering what you guys use for tire pressure on your daily drivers? Personally I run 38 for my fronts and 42 for my rears on my rwd car. I found that I get pretty good gas mileage and also decent grip with that setup.

Recommended tire pressure on the sticker of my Lounge is 33 front/30 rear and I will keep it that way ...

Was running 35 front and rear on my Michelin winter tires for only one day - ride was way to bumpy though

Size of tires and weight of the car. And the desired ride.

I was just suprised there is so much difference recommended on my T. I figured the weight can't be too far apart and the wheels are close enough that they would be closer. And so was curious as to the recomendations for the Sport since they have the same tire and wheel combo. Weight should be close too I would think. And the handling, suspension, and ride is the same also.

On my plain vanilla POP after a dash warning for low pressure on both front tires(due to cold weather) , I put 38 lbs and the dash warning light is off ;)

I've been amazed as to how sensitive the Abarth is to tire pressure when it comes to gas mileage. I run 40 front and 36 in the rears. I found on a long trip to Maine that with 40 in the rears it tended to wonder a bit at freeway speeds especially on rain grooved roads. At 36 no problem. Like Mr. Pickles says, ride quality doesn't seem to suffer.
