Hello! Im not sure what exactly the problem is. I've done some snooping on google, and a lot of it leads me to the 1.4L Dart. I know they are pretty much the same engine but I wanted some insight from you guys.

The mods I have done to my car
DIY Ram intake (Kept the stock arm, placed a cone filter on the end and the air box blows on it) I've had this for a few hundred miles
RRM Ultimate Basic Stage 3 Tune (Just installed and just did the 80 mile break in - and then I got a check engine light)

I was able to connect the RRM Tune to my MAP sensor, and my Boost sensor like it stated was required. I drove around the city driving "Spirited" going through all the gears and getting boost. Soon after the 80 mile mark, I got a check engine light and my turbo wouldn't spool past 6PSI. A quick restart allowed the turbo to spool freely however the check engine light is still there. I took it to Autozone to pull the code and it said "p0299-Turbo Charger/SuperCharger under boost condition - Permanent".

Another weird thing I noticed a couple times that the Turbo would spool up and then feel like it cut out quickly, and respool back up again. No weird sounds or anything. Ideas? - Also important to note that my 'Ghetto' Ram intake did cause my turbo to go into limp mode before, but never through up an engine light. After doing a better job securing the arm to keep it from moving it seemed to resolve the issue until now. Im also wondering if I should use a bigger cone. The one I got was from a bike shop and can fit in the palm of your hand (http://imgur.com/Sw7dVKm)

Put the stock intake/box back on and see if that gets rid of the cel. However, you should seriously consider getting a good aftermarket CAI as there are many good choices out there from: R/R, EC, ATM, Injen, and NeuF all available at a reasonable cost. Check the classified section too.

Are you using the stock turbo boost indicator that comes with the Abarth? If so you should now that the turbo boost "gauge" dose not acutally display accurate engine boost. It merely displays what the PCM thinks actual boost going into the engine is. You would either need to hook up a OBDII reader that has the ability to map engine data points and set the boost as one to keep an eye on or hook in a cheap boost gauge with a T line connector to one of the vacuum hoses in the engine bay and test the boost with that to actually be sure your boost is still "bouncing around". Do not trust the factory gauge. Soon as I get some spare change I am changing it out with a legit aftermarket boost gauge that can measure boost and vacuum.

Did you double check all of your U3 connectors? Make sure none of the pins are bent. Also recheck your intake vacuum tubing and connections to make sure none of it is crimped or cut.

Also with the stock air box back in, did you do a hard reset and drive spiritedly in NS mode with ESC fully off and staying under red line?

Ill definitely do that. Thanks Im assuming its the M-F hours listed on the website?

Ill triple check to make sure. Hard reset means I am assuming removing the + and putting it back on if thats the case. No. Ill try that too.

Yup. Am having the same issue. My boost gauge is rarely displaying boost and I'm experiencing check engine lights.

I brought my car to Chilli Performance in Tampa. They installed a Braille battery for me (weighs 11.5 Lbs) and used my Dash Camander app to diagnose the CEL's.

They believe that I need to replace the boost sensor. That's purported to be a four week wait for the part, per Fiat of Clearwater. So Chilli Performance ordered one from Dodge, since the boost sensor part number is identical for an Abarth and a Dart. Turns out that part is not identical, so I've got another three weeks (we'll see...) to wait.
