Has anyone done this yet? Would be interesting to see the look of a set of the dark headlights and smoked signals on a Black Abarth.

I got a set of 500T headlights for Xmas. I won't have time to put them in for a few more weeks though. We're also planning on tinting the other lights.

It takes less than 4 minutes, lol!

I have one black headlight as one was delivered broken and then sent back to receive the next one broken too from Mopar online parts.(still waiting on a response from them about that). I have the Madness 5000 HIDs ordered. It might be a while before I get it done because I'm waiting on Mopar parts online to respond to me.

Make sure you re-aim the lights after you install them. I put the turbo headlights in a couple weeks ago & they needed a lot of adjusting - were basically pointing at the ground.

The headlight will work but the DRL won't because the of the design difference between the bumper covers. I guess you cold tint them or go the more expensive route and buy the Abarth/Turbo bumper cover.

I have the DDM Tuning HID kit - I couldn't see spending $300 for something you can get for $35-50. There is no blue, they are a huge improvement over stock.

I think there is a topic in the DYI forum re: all the lights and various different bulbs you can get. I didn't change my drl's because I tinted mine w/VHT Nite Shades.

Finally have my car bar. Turbo lights installed. Bumper holes filled, corner markers door handles and hatch painted. Carbon fiber badge up front and the rear one shaved off. Need a new license plate cover..

i really like the way you've done your car. Clean looking. I bought a tinted bubble style plate cover from Walmart actually. The door handles must have been the bigger challenge.

I like this too! It's much like mine only my handles and front badge is still chrome and I changed my mirror covers to matching body paint. I'd like to do my handles but I'm hearing its a pain to do.

I know of one member who cracked open the lights and had the insides painted but it kept cracking the lenses. I believe he had them painted a couple times with the same result. I haven't heard of anyone else trying it.
