Three pumps of the throttle within ten seconds. It will also state the oil change is needed at start-up.

Do you get any MSG at each start? Do you have a pic just to be 100% clear which light you are seeing?

Of those easy to check your lights, otherwise a dealer visit might be the best bet. Illuminated lights are non critical, when they are flashing the car should NOT be driven so at least it isn't as major a problem as it could be you know.
